We The Least is a Christian band that started in 2019 in Mendota, Illinois. They are now based in Nashville, Tennessee. The group includes Michaela DeLong (vocals/keys), Nathanael DeLong (vocals/bass/guitar), Noah DeLong (drums), and Dell May (vocals/bass/guitar).

Even though they are playful people, their music focuses on deep biblical messages. Their songs talk about faith, identity, and truth, using creative lyrics and strong melodies that stay with listeners.

The band released their first album in 2019, showing their love for different music styles. One thing that makes them stand out is their beautiful 3-part vocal harmony, which can be heard in songs like “Night Sky,” “Spoonz,” and “Made You Too.”

Their second album, “Sundae Best,” is now available on all streaming platforms and includes some of their most loved songs. Over time, they have continued to grow and connect with more fans through their music.

We The Least has performed on many radio stations and big stages, including the Lifest festival in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. They have also shared stages with well-known Christian artists like Leanna Crawford, Ryan Stevenson, 7eventh Time Down, and Anne Wilson.

In 2022, they were named the 19th Annual Christian Songwriter of the Year by CMUnited for their song “Made You Too.” This song has touched many people around the world, reminding them of their value in God.

The name “We The Least” comes from John 3:30: “He must become greater; I must become less.” This message is at the heart of everything they do. Their goal is to point people to Jesus through their music.

Their song “Die On This Hill” carries a strong and clear message. It speaks about the one belief they will stand for no matter what—the gospel. In a world full of different opinions, this song reminds listeners to stay firm in their faith.

With meaningful lyrics and powerful delivery, “Die On This Hill” shows exactly who We The Least are: a band full of joy, but deeply rooted in truth and purpose.
